He says they are true to size. He wears 36-38 size pants so we ordered the large and they fit perfectly. The fact that you can separate the components of your organ creates a great, clean experience.
Cons
The da underwear are really thin and they ride up which gets really annoying. The sack that your balls are meant to go in are also quite small and shallow, which again, puckers them up.
Good intentions, bad design. Not satisfied with the quality.
I'm ana average guy * wise, and i can't tell if the pouch is too big or too small due to the boys escaping, not a snug fit. Second pouch is a dumb idea.
