Lovely presentation really nice pens and inks and great customer service these guys knew their customers might have problems changing the nibs or with a cracked glass pen so instead of waiting for people to contact them they send out a really helpful and reassuring email

Well presented and the added bonus upon arrival i found the glass pen had broken in transit
