Pros
They provide a nice, uniform look to the walls instead of leaving gaping drywall holes. The wings on the back of the plate eliminates the need to buy a low voltage box. Use the template provided then lock it in place.
Cons
The plastic clips which hold the panel to the wall are very weak and break very easily. This product is just weak and inferior to most others i've seen.

The plate should only be tightened when youre done pulling cables

It will not do well if you tighten the plate and then pull cables around inside of it
