Pros & Cons
Pros
Dash egg cooker works great. Looking forward to make scrambled eggs next time.
The heated plate heats up the water and produces steam to boil th eggs. Hit the air sack end on a hard surface and start your peeling from there.
The alarm is just the machine playing music (i saw some reviews about a shrill alarm, but dash seems to have changed that! Cute chime when done and cleans up in under a minute.
Cons
When you * an egg it leaks out in the process. The siren-like alarm goes off before the eggs are fully done! This defeats the purpose of the alarm and unit.
It takes a long time to poach eggs and you have to completely dry the unit. One time * are runny, next time yolk is hard. I have a very different definition of poached and hard boiled then this thing does.
