Pros

I love this one, and i love the toast it produces. I enjoy the glow through the toaster window as it toasts. Not a lot of pale spots on the toast. I do like toasty carbs.

The glass window is sealed nicely and easy to see through. The glossiness and rounded edges make it easy to clean. It is incredibly easy for my 87 yr old mother to use.

This toaster is the best purchase i've made so far this year. It is everything i’d hoped. Overall for the money, it’s fine.

Cons

The lever stops working because the slider that you put the toast/bagel on becomes uneven and there is no way to fix it. Two slices of rye bread placed in vertically stick out the top and need to be flipped mid way through.

The glass window on the front is not a plus you can't really see it functioning. One side is always darker than the other. It appears the hook on the left side is has de-atached and does not go far enough down to engage the heat.
