It did heat up quickly but the only reason i’m giving it four stars is because it does not cook food evenly

You do have to be careful around the edges because it is hard to clean if you push anything over the edge

I bought two of them one for my mom and other one for myself on august 2020 i fell for the colors and initially loved them but right after 6 months and in spam of two days both griddles burned out and same port issue was reported on both griddles

However i called the customer service and they offered an replacement and this is when the frustration started they were pathetic and didn’t know what to say one of them said the iteam has been shipped and u would receive in 14 days after 14 days i called back and the next representative said it’s on the way and if you don’t get it back by this week end pls give us a call back

Another 7 days passed i called again and this time the lady confirmed that they never shipped the product 😂

I asked for a manager and they agreed and told i would receive a call back and as suspected no calls till today
