I'm a size 8 and ordered a medium fits fitted but perfect 146lbs 5'5. I'm so glad i went with my gut on this since i know china sizes are smaller. It is super comfortable and very flattering on all sizes.
Cons
Quality is pretty much like wearing black facial tissue.

The sleeves were a tiny bit snug but they stretch so its a non issue
