Great quality raw honey. Amazing quality. Wow, this is fantastic! These honeys are just as good if not better. This is amazing.
Cons
This honey has a very unpleasant moldy flavoured aftertaste. The dark wood flavour is far too dark for my liking.

However this one is too dark and tastes of molasses for my liking but maybe some people like that i wouldnt reccomend this specific one

Some of the other comments mentioned that the taste is too strong yes check which type of honey you like if it is usually acacia or rapeseed ie much lighter honeys this might be too much for you

Many people dont realise that if honey is blended it has lost most of its goodness

As to this particular honey i couldnt taste a heather content sounds odd but you can taste heather infact to me it was very similar to the buckwheat which is an acquired taste think marmite lovehate it so although i enjoyed this jar i was disappointed not to taste something different would suggest if you are a real heather honey fan this may not be for you
