Harbinger, p. Dark magic, is the third book in the series. This time around p. Harbinger faces cultists, lovecraftian-style beasties and a ritual for the ages. Introduced to some new supernatural gizmos.
The series just keeps getting better! Enjoyed the series so far. I enjoy a series that answers all the questions. Because now i am hooked.
Cons
This book ramps up the scope of the story in detriment of memorable character moments, and narrator/reader interaction. When i'm witnessing two characters spout exposition, i'm an outsider.
The main plot revolves around an event that must be avoided. The sheriff is a huge man with a grudge. This is not the resolution of a plotline.

The easy accessible writing style engaging characters and excellent worldbuilding make for a fun page turner
Title says all fast paced pulls you in a very good series to fill in the time enjoy everyone xd
Ripped through all three of these in the last two days
Poor alec is discovering more about himself to a draining degree

Given what it cost for the first three installments i paid a fairly hefty sum for one complete book

The development between the two of them seems pretty fast to almost an offputting degree but im willing to let it slide since besides that the book was a fastpaced engaging read

Besides the clear turn up to the level of romance the only other thing id say negatively about the book is it lacked development on the societys traitor infestationmidnight cabal story arc

Granted im assuming most of the bigger things relating to the midnight cabal is occurring in london hq but it would still have been nice to be given a small scrap or two of information given how tremendous an arc it is to the overall series
