Pros
It keeps her afloat nicely. It provides enough buoyancy to keep her up. It has a nice safety latch that prevents a toddler from reaching around and going to the bottom.
Perfect for my 3 year old. My granddaughter love this. My little one gets excited to put this on because she knows she is getting in the water. Granddaughter loves it!
Cons
The seam on the bottom is unraveling. I also don't like when she gets out of the pool the float falls off her arms.
