Pros
Nice to not have the tether under the groin. The abdominal piece goes up a bit but it keeps her chin above water.
Cons
It’s bc she would sink! Way too big. Terrible design flaw.
The arms are too big and not adjustable. With any sort of tugging or pressure it comes on buckled. I have tried squeezing the cuffs, the kids pull and i pull.

Please dont solely rely on this product
It’s great quality for the money as well
You should still watch your children while they use this product in the pool

It is very hard to find a puddle jumper for a tiny toddler

It is still too big for her in terms of fit because we can’t cinch the strap tight enough
