Item works great very pleased. It has expansion abilities. Does the job.
Has a strange after taste, but perfectly matched the textured dyed sidewalk for a clean patch.
Cons
This causes cracking and eventual breaking out of stucco at the joint. That’s not rubbery and flexible.

5 star quality as i have used it on other projects
Rather give it a second coat and be sure to smooth it right away with the blade or perhaps a finger
So i was able to bill the crack and use a drywall knife to smooth that pretty near flush with the wall
With the occasional earthquake and wind storm a few cracks appeared only to return after patching

This is not the case as this stuff is extremely difficult to sand and and to get looking good
