Pros & Cons

Pros

Will be buying a new quart. Went with this and closely followed instructions. Reasonable price at $13/quart. This is my 3rd container this year.

Elastopatch doesn't shrink and is easy to clean up when wet. When painted the rubbery feel goes away. If allowed to dry and cure it can be sanded or trimmed.

It applies easily to wall surfaces and it’s great for fixing holes and nicks and plaster walls. Good for small or medium cracks.

Works on so many things indoors and out. Good to water proof and patch things inside or out.

Cons

It goes on like spackling. It dries like caulk. Says it doesn't shrink, but boy does it shrink! Had to apply it four times and it's still not flush with the surface.

Great deal for this product and it works great too

Stuffs fairly expensive but in my circumstance for recurring cracks ill pay anything not to keep caulking etc

This product doesnt shrink and has a lot of stretch to it so the cracks dont come back

Be aware when using this youll want to tightly skim it and get rid of any excess because the texture is like caulk once its dry its not sandable but is much more moldable while wet if you need texture
