Pros

They're water and slip resistant, and when they're spattered with cooking oil they wipe clean. After they're broken in they are very comfy. I have several pairs of dansko and they never disappoint.

The 38 gives enough room in the heel that it should not rub. I have average to wide feet with a decent bunion on one foot, and these are quite roomy enough in the toe box. No rubbing or blisters.

This is key to best fit. See their fit recommendation video in product pictures. The fit is fabulous and the design is beautiful. Fits just as it should.

The top of the shoe is a little snug, but i can feel give with each step during the break in period. Quality is exceptional, shoes are durable and fit as expected. It's hard for me to go back to other footwear after wearing these!

Black, tooled leather is eye-catching. They are worth all the fuss. Plus they are stylish!

Cons

Top of the shoe is unforgiving, even though i have a high arch, the arch in the shoes are extreme and the inner soles are hard as concrete, which made my toes start to hurt. They feel sticky on the bottom of their rubber soles.
