Pros

The soles have almost no wear imo, but i don't drag my feet at all, so that's never really a problem for me. These boots are really comfortable and pair great with jeans or a pair of chinos or khakis. The boots are firm, as all danner boots are.

Danner makes a great boot and these do not disappoint. This boot is basic and rugged. The tongue issue is only noticeable on one boot but has zero negative effect on me personally.

Timberland 11. Dc shoes 12, es/emerica/etnies sole tech 11. The ee in thorogood feels like a danner d. I typically wear wide sizes in shoes but found that these were plenty roomy in standard width.

I have a pair pushing 10 years that are still serviceable and ultra comfy. Still a little stiff, especially around the top where tied.

Cons
