For instance on my laptop brief it has to go onto the runner that holds the hook for the shoulder strap which means it can stick out sideways from the brief when im carrying it by the shoulder strap thus tensed up and then it behaves a bit like a 3yo grabbing all the neato things it can as it passes by them
