Pros

Compared to teflon, this type of graphite packing is best forfaucets that have voids and irregularities. Used to repair a leaking outdoor faucet valve stem. Works great - use it to stop few leaky stems. Would buy again.

Cons

Product too soft, squeezes out to easily around the stem and doesn't seal at all. Squeezes right out of the compression nut when trying to seal a leaky faucet stem.
