Pros

France is justly proud of its fine tradition of producing excellent cutlery. I guess that i am also something of a low level collector, so when i saw this knife at the price it was at, i was tempted to purchase it. What a great knife.

The blade is sharp enough to shave with and looks good too. It's not razor sharp out of the box, but it’s more sharper than any of the stainless steel ones for sure.

A genuinly good quality product. It’s actually quite beautiful and so sturdy and well made.

Cons

Everything is misalign with gaps and poorly/cheaply constructed. Not very impressed.
