The tv is in the living room and pc is in the basement directly underneath the hardwood floor where the usb receiver is plugged in

If i rest it flat on my lapdeskbed touch inputs go completely wonky zipping across the screen and activating erroneous right clicks and double clicks or simply struggles to register touch at all

With a tv it does work but the buttons don’t always match up

For example f9 is mute f10 is volume down and the volume down button does nothing
