Pros
Use this on damp hair after i shower and in the morning my hair is tame and manageable instead of frizzy and flyaway. Particularly nice if your hair tends to frizz up in damp climates.
Hair feels smooth and moisturized. My hairdresser always mixes it in with the mousse and i can't buy it around me anyplace. After years of constantly changing my hair color, this stuff fixes every blowout every time.
Use it everyday as a leave in conditioner. This keeps it well-controlled. I have very long, frizzy hair and do get it straightened once a year - but this product keeps it smooth all throughout the year.
Cons
Hair looks dull and like i never washed it. My hair is frizzy and looks dirty on the top. I am not sure what the best use is, maybe lubricating machinery.

Living in florida with high humidity i can tell a difference as it keeps down the frizzies
Daily keratin add that extra touch of keratin to prevent the frizzies especially on a humid day

I think it may not need that much if you get a keratin treatment in the salon which i intend to do in june to cover my hair during the most humid miserable months in florida
