The daddy chef 16 x 12 end grain wood chopping block is perfect for cutting a quick onion, bell pepper, or tomato. It's sturdy and pretty, especially after it's sealed properly.
Thick butcher block cutting board with excellent workmanship. This is actually the thickest cutting board i've owned. I'm not complaining!
I like everything about this the grasping handles make moving it about easy and it looks and feels marvelous. Spoon is smooth and lightweight.
The price is good considering the quality your getting. Great craftsmanship. I like it and i love the fact that i'm not paying the prices of a john boos board.
It has a juice groove all the way around on one side and is flat on the other. The grooves ensure that the grease, blood, au jus doesn't just spill over the edges of the cutting board.
