Pros
I foresee that i will always use this pillow going forward. I also sleep on my back for part of the night and this pillow has been fantastic for that! Bonus my hip also hurts less and i believe this has to do with better alignment.

Before purchasing this one in 2018 i had been sleeping on the blue cervical pillow and would still wake up with “cricks” in my neck some where i couldn’t even get out of bed

I have arthritis in my left shoulder and it was extremely painful to sleep on my left side which is my preference
