Pros

For the price i would expect it to be almost seamless. Removing the broken cord and installing the new cord is easy. Fit perfectly - as advertised.

Easy, economical fix for an expensive shade. As advertised, repaired my shade easily.

Cons

The ends of the cord were simply glued side by side instead of end to end. It works but the cord slips and we need to help the blinds go up by lifting them. This cord doesn't seem to be thick enough to grip the wheel when i'm trying to raise the shade... Read More

The first on broke at the weld right away. Very disappointing. Lasted less than 6 weeks.
