The d-link phone app is useful to configure separate 2. Ghz and 5ghz options. The wps feature is very convenient & easy to link my wi-fi extender upstairs.
Cons
Worst part of all d-link is that you wasted a lot of my time. Returned for orbi and much happier. Will not update firmware.

The mimo technology did increase the range but unfortunately i still had to buy an extender to adequately cover my 2500 sq space as the signal is weakened by the cinder block construction
