Basic functionality in the app is easy to use. The only drawback is that the schedule can not be randomized.

This works outside! I have this installed on the backside of a shed. Have yet to see how it holds up in a 110 degree az summer. Works great in my horse barn to control fan and electric fence wire.

Cons

D-link app is rough. Tried it 15 times with a nest wifi router.

The programming interface is not intuitive. This plug can only be programmed to work on a same day 24 hour schedule. Huge draw back and dislike.

The price is not competitive if you’re not part of that world

Packaging/appearance

I downloaded the dlink app from the google play store and have included a couple screenshots of the process

Competitiveness

You have to create a dlink account but everything is straightforward after that

Ive used dlink networking equipment for almost two decades so im pretty confident in using anything with their name on it

To date we have not tried the wifi component or even the two 120vac outlets

You can oauth your dlink account straight to your alexa account but thats not what i elected to do
