Pros

The dwr-920 is one amazing little device. Cheapest and small of the router style devices with antenna. It connects without and effort at all.



Cons

The interface becomes unusable and needs a reset each time. Slow to boot up and connect, the software is littered with issues. Switching it off and on again did nothing.

Do yourself a favour and don't buy one of these. Not a modern-day solution. Not fit for purpos. Stick with archer for less money.

Even the isp's own routers functioned better. Not easy to setup like any of the competitors. Simply a heap of dated junk and much better routers out there.

The whole router crumbles in the face of any kind of network load. It is virtually impossible to last a single day without having to reconnect it. Data throughput is erratic and the link frequently drops requiring a manual reconnection. Can end up not...  Read More

A quick internet search for the correct settings and entering them manually solved that

As such it has now been running continuosly for about five years

    Poor its difficult to decide what is up and what is down when inserting a 3g4g sim and then my brand new giffgaff sim really did not want to fit correctly until i pushed it in very hard the set up process in the provided quick start guide is very brief and quite poor and there seems to be no comprehensive free online manual so i had to download the manual 15dwr920vusermanuspart1r14299905

    It doesnt get to the far end but i would imagine in a normal 2 storey house it would be fine
