Diy moldable whitening trays are easy to use. Not as thin as a retainer, but these aren't meant to be worn as long. They work for diy teeth whitening pretty well.

Boil some water in a cup. Submerge in hot water for 15-30 seconds. Then remove from your mouth and repeat.

I put water in a coffee mug in the microwave then placed the molds in until they became moldable

Way cheaper than others on the market

20 on a dentek mouthguard which came with only 1 piece and didnt work at all for my purposes

They were of highquality and i did receive them fast they were just a little too small for my liking
