Pros

The molding process is quick and simple. You need very hot water but not boiling water, so around 140 - 150 degrees is enough. Dip in boiling water for about 5 seconds and then place in mouth and * in your cheek bones to help get a tight fit.

Perfect tray for whitening gel. I trim the back teeth portion off because i don't bleach my back teeth and this helps with the gag reflex. They mold well if your used to doing these kind of trays.

These are what i was expecting and serve there purpose. They're not the most comfortable things in the world but again, they're not really supposed to be. This is like a lifetime supply!

Cons

Reviewer says they are not returnable so he can't get a refund. They are cheap, but any dollar spent on something useless is a waste. Will try something else with a higher rating.
