Pros

Good, but could be better. Has a nice profile for daily use. The only downside to this product to me is the cost. It's worth every penny.

The milk is only 30 calories and brings out the flavor of the protein.

It tastes great. It is delicious! It tastes good and mixes with water.

Cons

The taste is good but they started putting absolute junk vitamins in their new protein powder. Nutrition facts is pretty similar to fried chicken. There are better options in terms of nutrients/supplements etc.
