These lights are just right they’re flexible enough to be attached to the stairs with little stick on hooks long enough to cover the side of all four steps and bright enough to allow even sleepy kids to see the steps easily without lighting up the whole room

But white lights or night lights made the room too bright they would wake the sleeping twin if one of them needed to come down in the middle of the night
