If youre going to be riding longer than 2 hours you may want something more substantial but these shorts should be great for casual or fitness bike riding

Because they are more like underwear style i dont recommend you wear them alone but under another pair of pants

You do need to wear them under other shorts or pants since the fabric is not solid
