Pros
This top tube cross bar gives much added security when transporting your ebike. I use it to haul a 40 lbs bike and it gets the job done. Very sturdy, very well-made.
Working as advertised and easy to use. Great product for the price. Bought for our rads on hollywood rack. Would buy again.
The expandable pole with quick release latch mechanism makes it super easy and convenient and reliable. This is easy to install (takes seconds) and allows me to strap the bike onto my car bike rack.
Cons
This adapter is very large and too long. Another frustration is that the hook arms swing out and away from the tube at a weird 90 angle. There is no inner spring so it does not grab the frame - it just flops around.

At the other end i did add a security clevis pin to prevent the seat stem from being pulled out of the bike frame when hanging the bike on the rack
