Getting this with free shipping was a heck of a deal. And that process is a bit fiddly. The unit is deceptively heavy so be sure to squat lift it!

Cons
Single wall cardboard with some styrofoam endcaps isn't going to protect this from damage during shipping. The pcb was warped and not even secured to the frame all that well. It has no lifting handles anywhere! And, it is on rubber feet.
No continuity to the ground prong (not good) many meg-ohms to the hot and neutral (normal, as expected). No wiring fault alarm. If your item comes in damaged i strongly suggest you open it up and check for damage to the motherboard.

Ive seen some negative reviews about flimsy packaging but mine was very secure with double layer cardboard and tight styrofoam supports

Competitiveness
I have a couple of smaller cyberpower units that i have had for years and which have worked perfectly
I have six cyberpower units in my home and have all but one running for years
This may not seem like a big deal but a similarly specd ups version could not not deliver that amount of wattage
99 1485w which is more than i think will be needed but also less than 1500w

There was also a loose fastener inside the ups chassis and a bent bracket

I had to remove the cover to find the loose fastener and also to discover and repair the bent bracket

It is claimed that this ups can deliver 1500w but the max va is 1500va so it would only deliver all that va as watts if the load has a power factor of 1
