I had to do some research to find out why whenever the power would cut off my brand new computer would shut down even though the monitor was stayed on

It turned out the problem was that the thermaltake psu was cutting power faster than the ups could switch over to battery

The lcd did not work on one and the other one wouldnt switch from ac to dc on power failure the main point of ups

At any rate i reached out to amazon and as i was certain these were hardware issues i requested for exchange
