Pros
Cyber power works perfectly and stops computers crashing. It also has email notifications and control over when the pc will auto-shutdown. It's protected me through a number of power blips and gave me time to save my work on a major power outage.

There is a hum when the batteries kick in, but they kick in uninterrupted when i unplug the power. I live in an area where we can get several short power outages on a stormy night or when thunder and lightning is nearby.
This resolves all that. Works brilliantly. Does the job. Nothing to fault really.
Synology stuff is amazing. Openreach fibre box, the router and the nas are on surge protection. I have this hooked up to a 4 drive nas, 2 x 25 inch monitors a mobile phone via one of the usb charging points and an i9 notebook.
Cons
Turning it on and off is a fuss, too, for some reason. And the instructions stated 8 plug sockets and there are obviously only 6 on the unit - this company is short of qc, despite being a big player in the ups world.

Not all of the sockets are backed up we could only connect 3 plugs but there are another 3 which are only surge protected

It does say that it is mac compatible so have to go with that however its by no means a sine wave
