Once i was able to provide proof of purchase cyberlink support provided me with download links to the application

All amazon wanted to do is refund the purchase and have me purchase it again only issue is that the pc download was taken down so id be left with nothing good thing i checked before agreeing to the terrible advice provided by the customer rep
