Pros
It is unbelievably comfortable, and is very well designed. I have small hands and holding my 3ds for extended periods of time makes my hands cramp up. The rubberized feel is great for long term use.
Has two game slots underneath and clips on easily. Kickstand/door panel on the underside of the grip is brilliant idea.
I'm definitely a casual gamer, but with the new pokemon game coming out, i knew i'd be grinding a bit. This grip provides an immediate and marked improvement in my overall 3ds experience.
The system slides in, clicks, no wobbles. I wish it was a bit more snug.
The curves are reminiscent of a gamecube controller. This thing should have been included in all the new nintendo 3ds consoles.
Cons
The small, thin pieces that hold the 3ds in place are incredibly flimsy and broke in under two months of continual use. Product has scratches on it and a busted corner that was super glued back on. The shoulder * feel really awkward to reach.

Packaging/appearance
This allows me to slide my whole left hand down farther on the left side of the grip and position my thumb more comfortably to use the dpad
Tldr use 70 isopropyl alcohol and microfiber towels to remove the sticker rubber coating
I have a clear shell case and can only use the top piece as the grips fit snug to the bottom portion of the n3dsxl

With that being said it is definitely a 5star product and worthy of a purchase for anyone who has faced my predicament
