Pros

Product eliminates all the bad stuff about wood boards with its innovative wood fiber design. Beats chopping anything on the sink-cover-chopping-board. The sound thing is totally personal preference.

This is a sturdy, nonporous cutting board that is easy to clean. Very light weight and super sturdy. Knives dull a little more quickly than the plastic boards but no worries about plastic shavings in your food!

This one has the rubber grippers i loved of the oxo, the juice channel. The board works very well and if it warps, i just turn it over and it soon warps back. Features i like groove around the periphery to catch juices, non-skid feet and the handle.

Cons

After all the times in the dishwasher i feel like the resin or material that binds the cork board material together gives off a certain odor. Frustrating to use. I have another side to destroy unless i only use the dull side of a knife.
