Pros & Cons
Pros
This works for lifting cuticles just fine. Mostly used for cleaning up polish from edges and cuticle when polishing. Pushing back the cuticles and prepping for a gel manicure.
Cons
There were chipped areas in the overall finish. Doesnt have enough sharpness to use as a cuticle push back instrument. This seems sturdy but it is incredibly sharp and makes it not useable.
Highlights
Quality
It’s very sturdy and works very well for my over dried cuticles
Very sturdy and great for pushing back cuticles
Coupled with an effective cuticle remover solvent it makes my cuticles disappear with very little effort
The end opposite the wide end is sharp and really gets in there when removing the gel product
Price
This is a fantastic product and was so much cheaper
Went to sally’s looking for this tool they were sold out and sell it for about 15
Packaging/appearance
I took off a star because when i first opened the box the tool fell right on the ground because the plastic pouch it came in had no seal
Competitiveness
Saw this on youtube and the manicurist sold her version for much more
It’s not as thin or sharp as the gelish brand
