These harnesses i totally recommend perfect size for a small medium dog i have a yorky terrier and a poodle mix about 16 pound dogs and it fit perfect the leash length is perfect as well i ordered a pink set and a black set the pink set was complete the only thing that was missing from the black set was the collar i emailed them explaining that the caller was missing never received a email back so if you can email me back or send me a call or black one i would really appreciate it thank you
