Pros

The puzzle pieces are sturdy; great quality. If you have a puzzle lover this makes an excellent gift. I am impressed with the quality because the puzzle edges did not break/rip.

The image is accurate with matte finish which makes the colors slightly dulled. It comes out darker than your photograph, so, if you want it brighter… you have to adjust your photo.

Arrived late because the original order was lost in transit and seller had to reissue my order

Packaging/appearance

Very cute packaging and super easy to customize

I bought this as a gift and it came with a customized boxes and our personalized message right on the front

In addition there was a strong chemical smell coming from the box when i opened it… and the pieces are enclosed in a plastic bag
