Appreciated the customization of the product. The craftsmanship is good for the price. And it was nicely crafted.
The brightness is perfect. My only gripe is the power wires are a transparent silver color.
Bought a custom sign for my niece for her birthday. Easy ordering but came a little late. My expectations were far surpassed. Will be ordering another sign.

Stopped working in less than 3 months. Smooth on one edge but jagged and messed up on another edge.
