Pros
The rubber pads make sure that you don't feel anything when kneeling on cement chips or rocks. Saved my knees while assembling ikea garbage for the wife. These are the best knee pads period.
Bulky but comfortable. I use them for painting and they work amazingly well. Would definitely recommend these.
Cons
My knee caps are weak over the years and it's a pain for me to kneel on them while i work on the floor. Do not rely on them for full support or durability. Velcro already ripping off, last about 2 months for everyday use.

The outside is durablethe inside gel pads wear away after about 3 monthsbut roofers destroy everything shingles are like 20grit sandpaper

Not to get all sappy on you but my fatherinlaw never used anything like these at his job and really regrets it now he has bad knees and can’t be as active as he’d like to be

They feel extremely comfortable because of the padding but i found that theyre too wide on the knee and because of the hard outer cap size and the odd straps used to hold it in place it shifts around on the knee alot

Even with tightening both straps soon as i bend the knee it slides down my shin
