Strong, sturdy and customized. It is high quality, seems super durable.

This is a substantial, stout rod, which i ordered in matte black. The brass is beautiful and looks fancy. But the crowning glory is the beautiful custom cut closet rod.

I’m so tired of cheap products from china that this was a pleasant surprise and exceeded my expectations.

Cons

Anytime there is a discrepancy it will be blamed on the consumer. No quality control or attention to detail. They will blame you anytime.
