Quality
The clip makes all the difference in the quality of the curl
Hoping it was just a fluke with the other one and glad i have a working one now
It does make me question the quality of the product but i do understand there are a few problems can arise with any product
May have just been my luck if the draw with the first

It didnt turn on after i took it out of the package
Also its very easy to turn it off while in use by accidentally hitting the buttons

The enamel under the clip part is wearing off and my hair will not slide throughit just gets stuck and there is no protection from the heat

The last time i used it where the clip attaches to the handle of the curling iron completely snapped off so now the curling iron is unusable
