It's not addictive, but it is part of my daily routine. Feels like it also helps with fogginess epilepsy, that makes me really happy. It's actually very helpful with any inflamation in the body.
High quality ingredients, works well for inflammation- especially when combined with an omega 3 supplement. No need to use any medications to relieve joint pain. I take turmeric for rheumatoid arthritis and it helps to reduce inflamation and pain.
