Pros
The silicone cups are thick in material but still flexible enough so that it's not a hard squeeze. The quality of these cups are exactly the same as the ones at the spa my friend works at. These glasses are spectacular!
Fixed suction prevents counter-productive draw on skin and musculature. Man says his lover back feels better after a few minutes cupping.

Cons
The material these are made of is so thick it is hard to use/maneuver on myself. Not a huge fan. The suction isn't strong and they pop off easily. Made of soft silicone.
