It keeps my teacoffee nice and hot just have to remember that each time you take the cup off the on button goes off when you put the cup back on it clicks on with green light but for really hot you have to push the temperature button to red

It has a good safety feature where it automatically shuts off when you remove the mug and when you return the mug onto the warmer it will again turn on

If you still want the temperature at high just have to touch the lighted button twice and its back to keeping it hot

A key feature is that it shuts off automatically when you lift your mug then resumes heating when the mug is replaced
