Pros & Cons
Pros
Whole wheat and rye flours are best to get started. It takes a couple of batches before you make perfect bread. It makes a lovely two-pound loaf!
Cons
The only way i would attempt to make bread with this culture, is by adding yeast, and that defeats the purpose. The packet was not sealed and there was no starter in the packet.
