Easy to * tablet, just take one a day. I struggle with swallowing tablets but these are quite small and easy to *. Not too large, not too large.
It contains five different types of friendly bacteria in a time release capsule. I love buying products from nutribioticals they are so friendly and they are in the uk which is a must for me.

I was on antibiotics after an infection and wanted to take a supplement to get the beneficial bacteria in the gut have been taking 3 a day regularly every day however i don’t feel it is making much of a difference for me so would not purchase again
